Josie Beatrix Lane was born in Memphis, Tn. in 1982. Her roots in Elvis' hometown may have been the spark for her interest in music culture, but moving to Muscle Shoals, AL in 1992 was the fan for the flame. In 2001, With only a few college credits under her belt; she decided she wanted more hands-on opportunities for her artistic interests. After a multitude of local plays, commercials and at least one zombie movie, she drifted back to music. She performed with the Shoals Choir for 2 years before lending her voice to radio. She is quoted as being "ecstatic about working for Big River Broadcasting", a company with close ties to her home. It's just the beginning of her first adventure in radio and we all look forward to being along for the ride.
